Lane is deeply connected to Kansas City, a 1990 graduate of Kansas University and flamboyant Jayhawk fan, he lives in Olathe, KS and supports numerous local organizations and nonprofits. When he isn’t working, Lane enjoys cooking, grilling for family friends or traveling south to his second home in Santa Rosa Beach, FL for proper R&R and fun in the sun.

Experience and success matter and Lane embodies both — with over thirty years of experience as an entrepreneur, real estate investor and developer he is a seasoned and disciplined professional that administers his wisdom to handle the responsibility for overall leadership, growth, direction, cash management and strategic planning for a number of commercial healthcare real estate projects, and knows how to maximize positive outcomes for all of the parties involved in the transaction. 

Lane is certainly accustomed to consulting with many real estate professionals, attorneys, architects, civil engineers, surveyors, financial institutions, investors and contractors to verify design studies, plans and cost estimates; this experience makes him effective in studying and evaluating real estate property, raw land and/or remodeling projects for residential or commercial use.

His background also includes developing market studies and collaborating with local, state, and federal elected officials on land use planning, planned development, zoning, permitting, conservation law, community involvement, and environmental and ecological assessment to ensure finding the best use for a property. Along with working together with local green building manufacturers, contractors and historic planning organizations to implement sustainable building practices in development projects.
